Free Dance Fitness Class seeking to promote overall health and wellness!
Dance Fitness is intended to relive muscle tension and stress, as it is a full body workout that gets the blood flowing. This class will intel a stretch / warm-up session, beginner friendly dance techniques and a fun dance combo. Regardless of dance level or age this class is suitable for all.

About our instructor:
Shanté Epps is the founder of The Artz Studio, a local non profit dance foundation that seeks to empower the community through affordable dance classes and community service. She graduated from Southeastern Louisiana University with a Bachelors of Arts in Psychology and a minor in Dance. While being a mother of two, she currently works as a Licensed Realtor and teaching artist. Shante' has a true passion for dance. Over the years she has performed in numerous works and firmly believes dance is an therapeutic artistry that promotes wellness, and interpersonal connections with others in a safe space.
