Join us for the May monthly meeting where Brahma Ramineni will host the meeting at his property located at 1618 Elm Street, just a few doors north of Liberty Street. This project has been a total gut rehab, and he intends the use to be short term Airbnb type rentals. There is a small parking lot just north of the property that he is making available for handicapped/elderly parking. Others can utilize the surface parking on the south side of Liberty Street.We will also have a special guest at the meeting: Brian Roberts is the project manager for the Buckingham Companies' major multi-family development currently under construction at Liberty and Elm St/Central Pkwy. He will attend to give us an update on the construction schedule.
