Each Technique Clinic will be hosted by an Odyssey coach prior to that day’s Odyssey Sunday Berkeley swim. This session will cover proper open water swimming breathing techniques. Odyssey coaches will help guide swimmers to improve their breathing to stay on course while getting enough oxygen to maintain a steady pace and increase endurance.
Each one-hour session will include the following:
In-water instruction.
Out-of-water instruction.
Personalized feedback from Odyssey coaches.
Free registration to the Sunday Berkeley swim following technique coaching session.
Each Technique Clinic is $65 and includes entry to that morning’s Odyssey Sunday Berkeley swim.
After the clinic, stay for the Berkeley swim (included) to implement your training!
