What to expect at the class:• Learn how to humanely harvest, process and clean a whole chicken from beginning to end.
• Discuss safe handling of the chicken to keep meat clean and safe
• You'll get to watch the process first then process and take home your chicken along with a whole new skill set

What to wear:
• Clothes that can get bloody and dirty.
• Boots or shoes that can get wet.
• We recommend bringing a clean pair of shoes to change into after class is over.
• An apron will be provided for you. You get to take it home along with the chicken.
