Introducing Health + Healing’s Monthly Women’s Circles. In these circles we’ll be covering all sorts of women’s health issues and setting our intentions for the month using the energy of the full moon to release, relax, and rebirth.For our May circle we’ll be focusing on cycle synching and how we can support our bodies natural hormone cycle. We'll even be making our very own personalized essential oil blend to support hormones.
Learning will be followed by having a powerful intention setting tea ceremony and a short meditation.
