SAVE THE DATES because Monday Night Sprints are back! With track season now in full swing it is time to start honing all those necessary skills including that sprint. Whether you fancy yourself pure sprinter or not we guarantee that a future sprint for points, or in an elimination race, or for all the marbles is inevitable.Things to know: Seeding will be based on fasted electronically timed 200m within the last 6mo. If you do not have one, we will run flying 200s ahead of start.
Flying 200s start promptly at 7pm with racing immediately following. Depending on what is on the schedule, there may be no pre-event track access and warm-up will need to be on rollers. Check online ahead of time. Come as early as you would like.
