About this Event
Pikes Peak Trail CATS is working with Friends of Red Rock Canyon and Emma, our park ranger, to replace bench #3 on the Contemplative Trail. We will have a group carry to get the wooden bench pieces to the site. Then we will construct the bench and install.
We will also be armoring the areas around the bases of all the benches. The stone will be deliver to the bench sites as cose as possible by vehicle.
Som of us will be doing corridor clearing and tread repair on the trail
Bring with you water, lunch, sunscreen, goves, hiking shoes, clothing for weather, and readiness to enjoy the day.
