In this class you can learn the best crops to grow for long term storage, the best way to store the produce you grow and buy, what food labels actually mean, and what food preservation techniques work best for you. This is the second of three classes we are teaching in partnership with Table to Garden and we will have delicious waste-reducing food samples in this class as well for you to try.Time: 6:00 - 7:30 p.m.
