Overview:
As all-ceramic materials evolve, knowing how to efficentlly and effectively work with them becomes extreamly important in meeting our patient's expectations. In order to gain a better understanding for when and where to utilize each, we will explore the physical properties of both IPS e.max CAD lithium disilicate and e.max ZirCAD Prime zirconia. As well as process tips & tricks to attain desired esthetics.
The tips & tricks will cover which crystallization and sintering programs to use for proper results. They will cover a step-by-step look at finishing, polishing, and staining & glazing from a basic to complex shade match. Additionally, to take the mystery out of the cementation process, the Cementation Navigation System will be introduced to better guide the cement choice and process for each material.
In this course, you will learn more about the following themes:
- Discover Ivoclar's CAD/CAM materials for creating high-quality esthetic restorations.
- Gain practical workflow steps including polishing and stain & glaze to ensure quality esthetics.
- Understand the cementation process, what works and what does not.
