About this Event
The plan is to look at how we can get the most out of our time in the gym 💪 to best benefit us on the mats. How to make better exercise choices, progress and adjust them as needed over time. 🏋️♀️ The special considerations we should make to the specific demands of our sport to help us stay on the mats for longer and stay injury free. 🥋 And how to incorporate strength training into an already busy routine / training schedule. 📅 We will be doing some practical work, so please wear attire that is comfy and fit for the gym! 👟
