The perfect combination for an immersive experience, with a versatile and special cast this evening: To announce
Menu:
- Chèvre, crispy puff pastry, wild spinach, and quince jam
- Cod, chickpea purée, turnip greens, and pil pil sauce
- Port-braised veal, parsnip textures, Madeira sauce
