Join us for a small group meditation held in a beautiful, intimate enviroment.

WHAT KIND OF MEDITATION IS THIS?
Max Meditation is a combination of body relaxation, quieting the mind & mind acrobatics.
It draws upon aspects of NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), psychology & trance-like hypnotic states.
You'll be guided step-by-step through the following meditation structure:
- Body relaxation
- Calming & focusing the mind
- Sacred Word contemplation
- Guided Viusalization to open up creativity, intuition & connection to your higher self
- Grounding back into the body
At the end, we'll have a few minutes to share & integration your experience with the group.
WHAT'S THE FLOW OF THE SESSION?
7:00-7:15 - Arrival. Doors open 5 mins before at 6:55pm.
7:15 - DOORS CLOSE
7:20 -8:20 - Intro & Guided Meditation
8:20-8:40 - Reflection & Group Sharing
8:45 - End
DOORS CLOSE @ 7:15pm. Come on time!

DO I NEED PRIOR MEDITATION EXPERIENCE TO ATTEND?
No.
This practice is open to beginners as well as experienced meditators.
No previous meditation experience is required.

Lindsey's taught meditation for over 7 years. She's a Life Activation Practitioner, Energy Healer, and Ritual Master with MMS.
