Welcome to the **Maverick Agave Spirits Dinner**!
Join us on **Wed, May 15, 2024** at Palenque Cocina Y Agaveria for a night of delicious food and unique agave spirits. Hosted by Travis Gale with Maverick Beverage Company, you'll indulge in a 4- course curated menu featuring Oaxacan inspired dishes from Chef Veronica and her team. Starting at 6pm with a welcome cocktail, followed by neat pours of premium agave spirits chosen to compliment each course. Travis, an expert in the Agave Spirits Industry, will present the drink pairings and discuss and educate about the spirits, the producers and the process.
