Maureen Nowlan Morning YogaScott Manor is delighted to welcome back Maureen Nowlan. Maureen will be practicing yoga this summer on the lawn of Scott Manor House every Monday throughout July & August from 11 AM -12 Noon.
Maureen has been practicing yoga her whole adult life long and teaching for over 20 years. She draws inspiration from many types of yoga - Her philosophy is “Anyone can practice yoga!”
We look forward to seeing you soon, under the trees overlooking the basin.....breathe......🧘♀️🌞
