This is a complimentary shake-out run for anyone to join. The perfect prep for the Maui Marathon! We will meet at the Aloha Pavilion, at The Westin Resort & Spa before 6:30a. Our ambassadors, Martin & Brad, along with coach Jackie from Level Up will lead us for the run at different paces, depending on your preference.
Following the shake out run, join us at the Aloha Pavilion for a free yoga flow 8-9a. Mats and towels will be provided for yoga, but are limited in numbers. Please RSVP to one or both events, if you're interested in join us!
