Welcome to Mattie Brewer McCulloch's 50 Over 50 event! Join us at the Shreveport Convention Center. We have lists celebrating young achievers: twenty under twenty, thirty under thirty, and forty under forty. But it’s time to recognize that achievements aren’t confined to youth. It's time to change the narratives around aging. It's time for a new list.
On September 26, 2024, we will present a 50 Over 50 list to honor those whose courageous, compassionate, and selfless acts of service deserve celebration. Our listeners have nominated and chose remarkable individuals over 50 who are making significant impacts by caring for others, reimagining their careers and businesses, and giving hope to our communities. These individuals defy the notion that our ability to innovate and lead diminishes with age. They are living life on their terms while improving the lives of others.
