Matter of Balance is a proven fall prevention program designed for older adults who want to stay independent, active, and confident. Thanks to the Indiana Health First Grant through the Boone County Health Department, this program is FREE for participants.
💺 Space is limited to 12 spots — register early to secure yours!
✅ Who Should Attend:
• Anyone concerned about falls
• Anyone who wants to improve balance, flexibility, and strength
• Anyone who has fallen in the past
• Anyone who avoids activities due to balance concerns
🌟 What You’ll Gain:
✔ View falls as controllable
✔ Set goals for increasing activity
✔ Make changes to reduce fall risks at home
✔ Learn simple strength & balance exercises

(If the morning session fills, an afternoon session may be added.)
