One of Tamworths very own emerging talents. Matt is a 19 year old multi-genre musician known for his dynamic performances and musical versatility. He was a finalist in the Best of the Buskers competition at the Tamworth Country Music Festival in both 2022 and 2023, and won the People's Choice award in 2022.A graduate of the 2023 CMAA Junior Academy, Matt has had the honor of opening for Shannon Noll on his 20 Year Anniversary Tour at the NEX in Newcastle, as well as supporting Ben Lee at Dungowan Day Out 2.
He regularly performs with his band, "Matt Barratt and The Red Flags," playing gigs across the Tamworth and Hunter regions and now making his way to the Mountains and Club Lawson !
