Lovely Women,we are starting our MaTerra journey in April:
we will meet every Saturday afternoon for 5 weeks starting from 29.04, from 14.00 to 17.00 in Raja Yoga Studio!
This course is for all pregnant women who want to get knowledge about healthy pregnancy, birth physiology and postpartum, including practical techniques for deep relaxation, get informed about their birth rights and choices!
Every circle includes discussion, relaxation, art or yoga practices.
After the circle you will receive notes and useful extras PLUS we offer our informational support after the circle if you have questions related to the topic.
