Maternity Tour

One ticket per couple.

Join us for an informative tour of the Wesson Women’s Labor and Delivery Unit at Baystate Medical Center. This tour is designed to help expectant parents become familiar with our facilities and what to expect during your birth experience.

Important Details:

• Please arrive 5 minutes early. The tour will begin promptly at the scheduled time.
• Allow extra time for parking at the Springfield campus.
• • Primary parking: Wesson Women’s Lot located in front of the Wesson Women’s entrance off Chestnut Street.
  • If the lot is full, use the larger lot adjacent to the Chestnut building.

Tour Schedule:
The tour begins with a brief informational session in the Lundy Boardroom on the ground floor of the Wesson Building, followed by a guided walk through:

• Women’s Evaluation and Treatment Unit (WETU)
• Labor, Delivery, and Postpartum Unit
• Wesson 2 Postpartum Unit
• NICU/Continuing Care Nursery

Please Note:
If you are enrolled in an IN-PERSON Childbirth Class Bundle, your tour is included during your class—no need to register separately.
