Join us for matcha and meditation at Teofilo Coffee!

Connect with the community over a matcha before we unwind from the day with an evening yoga flow.

Whether you're a seasoned yogi or a beginner, all levels are welcome!

Bring your mat, water bottle, and any other props you may need for a rejuvenating session. Let's stretch, breathe, and find our peace together.

Arrive 10 minutes early to get to know your instructor and set up your mat. Please communicate with your instructor if you have any injuries or are pregnant.

Bring your friends and family into the community at Teofilo while we practice coming back to our center. ✨

Please keep in mind the event is in the lobby of the coffee shop. Our goal is to provide a space for the community where yoga is limited. We are not a typical yoga studio, yet we are an amazing event space for the community!

Schedule:

6-6:15pm Matcha and Mingle

6:15-7:10pm Yoga Class

Info: Set up your mat, grab your matcha (included in price of ticket), and mingle with your fellow yogis before class begins.

Info: After chatting with your neighbors, we will dive into our restoring 50 minute evening yoga flow.
