Course content:
- Karakia, Mihimihi
- An overview of key concepts, practices and philosophies underpinning Rongoa Māori namely whakapapa, wairua, mauri and karakia
- Introduction to 4-6 rākau and the gifts that they bring
- Balm manufacture
- 2-3 wairākau/decoctions to taste
- Karakia Whakamutunga
