Mat to Melk - We are back for round three with an exciting new summer location!
Join me at LifeLab Boutique Gym for a dynamic 60 minute Mat Pilates class (Weather depending we hope to hold the class outside!) then a short walk through Chislehurst to Melk Coffee Co for a specialty Coffee/Matcha and breakfast, use this time to connect with other like minded people - I guarantee you will leave feeling grounded, aligned, lengthened and STRONG!

What’s included?
- 60 minute dynamic Mat Pilates Class hosted by Kelsey at LifeLab
- Coffee/Matcha or any drink of choice from Melk Coffee Co
- Fresh Pastries and Breakfast bowls
- Water and sweet treats included!
- All equipment will be provided so no need to bring your own mat unless you want to
No matter if you are pilates regular or its your first time - all abilities are welcome!! 🤗
Come alone, invite your best friend or even your boyfriend to join you!!
