In addition to the BASI Comprehensive Teacher Training Program, the Mat Teacher Training Program will start in Dublin on 31 March 2022. As a stepping stone to the full comprehensive course, this program is suitable for students who do not have the time or resources to study the comprehensive course or for those who do not have adequate Pilates equipment. In this course, students will study the full complement of Mat work exercises (basic to master level) and the integration of small apparatus into the program.
Modules 1-4: 31 March - 3 April 2022
Modules 5-6: 9- 10 June 2022
