Info: From 12:15 pm we will begin out Beginner Pilates Flow, which will last 45 - 50 minutes.

Closing
Info: Around 1 pm we will end out pilates flow, and enjoy light refreshments and connection in the lobby. This will be a great time to connect with others and/or ask Natasha Pilates-related questions.
