Enhance strength, balance, and body awareness in this classical Pilates series at the JCA. Led by classically trained and certified instructor Becca Asen, each session focuses on mindful and controlled movements and proper alignment. Rooted in Joseph Pilates’ six core principles — centering, control, concentration, flow, breath, and precision — this method offers benefits for all bodies and abilities. Participants are welcome to attend any number of classes in the series. Yoga mats will be provided, but participants are also welcome to bring their own. No prior experience is necessary; all abilities are welcome, ages 13+.
Class punch cards are available for purchase at the front desk. With a punch card, you buy 10 classes and get the 11th class for free! Punch cards never expire and may be redeemed for any class with Becca Asen at the JCA.
