About this Event
Led by our new instructor, Elle Vernerey, this session will focus on building strength, improving flexibility, and enhancing overall body alignment. Suitable for all levels, it’s a great way to move your body whether you’re new to Pilates or a regular.
We have a limited number of spare mats available. If you’d like to borrow one, please email [email protected] (first come, first served). Otherwise, don’t forget to bring your own mat.
