WHAT TO EXPECT:
Join us for a fun, dynamic and low impact 45 min mat pilates workout, adaptable to all levels; focusing on the classical pilates method, prioritizing the breath, body control and core engagement; this class includes sculpt variations and we will focus on slow, controlled movements to build strength and flexibility.
Limited spots are available- bring your own mat!

Class will be outside, on the corner of Chapel Hill St & Mangum across from city hall.
