New to Pilates? This "bite-sized" workout party is perfect way to sample three ways to keep moving at the holidays:

1. Gain strength and balance with resistance training
2. Improve mobility and core strength with mat Pilates
3. Cultivate brain health and reduce stress with Awareness Through Movement and its gentle movements with deep neuromuscular re-education.

9:30 a.m. - Featuring guest teacher Lisa Hueske, owner of Austin Feldenkrais, Awareness Through Movement (ATM) cultivates our brain's amazing ability to change and form new neural pathways to improve our movement patterns, reduce pain and stiffness, and enhance our overall well-being.

Each activity in our "Pilates party" teaches our bodies how to move with more ease so you feel better and get stronger - gifts for mind, body and spirit.
