This class uses the basic Pilates exercises from the original 34 exercises but with the twists and modifications the newer age Pilates style class offers. Very minimal if no equipment is used in these sessions. This class is very much a Pilates Class. Some modifications can be made. BYO MATS! I will have a few spare (5) however if a larger group (5-10) Then please bring your own Yoga/Pilates Mats.
