First Miami is offering free outdoor Mat Pilates classes led by Petia Petrova every Tuesday at 6:30 p.m. Everyone is welcome to attend! Don’t forget to bring your own floor mat, water, towel and/or bug spray. Meet by the food trucks in the church parking lot. To register, please fill out the Workout Class Waiver & Release Form at firstmiami.org/brickellsoul.
About the Instructor:
Petia is a dynamic Pilates instructor with a passion for optimizing daily life through movement. She is originally from Eastern Europe but has enjoyed becoming a Miami local. She loves to radiate light and create a motivating, uplifting environment for her students. She is trained in Mat Pilates as well as holds her 200-hour yoga certificate.
