Mat Mamas & Caregiver Connection: Buddha Baby YogaThis cozy, nurturing gathering is for mamas, caregivers, and their little ones (ages 0–12 months). Come as you are—tired, joyful, curious, or all of the above—and connect with others on a similar journey.
We’ll flow through gentle, baby-friendly movement on the mat, then enjoy a warm cup of tea and open circle conversation.
What’s included:
• 25-40 Minutes of Light yoga + mindful movement (no experience needed)
• Bonding time with baby
• Community support & connection circle with Optional Tea
Bring your baby blanket, your heart, and your favorite mug if you’d like.
