Darlene Haun will be at the church giving a training seminar on how to make sleeping mats for the unsheltered population. These mats are upcycled from plastic grocery store plastic bags. Darlene will show us how the looms are made along with instructions and specs.
She will demonstrate the process of making a mat from start to finish.
These mats will be dispensed to the unsheltered and vulnerable population through The Connecting Grounds.
