Domaine Marc Colin: Established in 1970 by Marc and Michele Colin, this 15-hectare estate spans Saint-Aubin, Chassagne, Puligny, and Santenay. Now managed by their children— Caroline and Damien—the domaine is known for its prestigious vineyards and sustainable practices, producing both white and red wines with a focus on minerality and innovation. Their fourth sibling, Pierre-Yves Colin, runs his own successful project.

Domaine Joseph Colin: Another son of Marc and Michele Colin, Joseph Colin embarked on his own winemaking journey in 2017 after leaving the family business. Working with 6.5 hectares in Saint-Aubin and Chassagne-Montrachet, Joseph has quickly established himself as a rising star in the Côte de Beaune, producing 21 distinct cuvées under his own label.

Domaine Sérafin: Founded in 1947 by Stanislaus Sérafin, this estate is now in its third generation, run by his granddaughters, Karine and Frédérique. Located in Gevrey-Chambertin, the domaine spans five hectares and is known for producing concentrated, powerful wines that age beautifully, emphasising terroir and aging potential, with wines aged in 100% new oak.
