The North Country Women’s Leadership Initiative (NCWLI) is inviting you for a “Light” Mastermind Experience for Women in Leadership
Are you ready to connect, collaborate, and grow? In this special workshop, you’ll join a group of like-minded women in leadership to tackle challenges, exchange ideas, and build meaningful relationships.
What to Expect:
• Genuine Connections: You’ll be placed in a small, intimate group of participants where you’ll get to know each other on a deeper level.
• Supportive Conversations: Bring a leadership challenge or question to the table and receive valuable insights, feedback, and advice from others who’ve been there.
• Practical Takeaways: Walk away with fresh perspectives, thoughtful guidance, and perhaps even new connections to help you navigate your leadership journey.
We understand that vulnerability can be intimidating, especially in a close-knit community. This workshop is designed to create a safe and respectful environment where sharing is encouraged—but always at your comfort level. Clear guidelines will be shared at the beginning to ensure that the experience feels supportive and empowering for everyone.

COST: Free! Donations to NCWLI are welcome but not expected.
