Crafting the Perfect Dough
Chef Iliff will guide you through making the perfect pizza dough from scratch. Learn the secrets to achieving the ideal texture and flavor, and discover tips for kneading, proofing, and shaping your dough. By the end of this session, you’ll have the skills to create a pizza base that is both crispy and chewy.
The class also focuses on crafting delicious sauces and selecting the best toppings to complement your pizza. Chef Iliff will share his unique sauce recipe, along with techniques for balancing flavors and achieving the perfect consistency. You’ll also explore a variety of topping combinations, from classic favorites to innovative creations.
