In this 6 week course, you will learn the fundamentals of handbuilding while creating your own large vases inspired by ancient vessels or amorphous forms. Class instruction will help you create your dream vase while pushing your creativity and honing slab-building, coil, and pinch-pot techniques. You will learn how to glaze your own pieces, and will leave this course with a well-rounded knowledge of ceramic fundamentals - not to mention an awesome vase for your home!
