“Mastering the Art of Plant-Based Cooking” with Joe Yonan
Class Experience
Join celebrated food writer Joe Yonan for a flavorful, plant-based cooking class that celebrates creativity and seasonal ingredients. Together, you’ll master a creamy Mushroom Risotto enriched with Pine Nut Butter, learning techniques that elevate plant-based comfort food. Next, Joe will guide you through a vibrant Winter Squash Salad with Vinegared Beets and Peppery Arugula, full of color and texture. To finish on a sweet note, bake wholesome, chewy Oatmeal Cookies—a classic treat with a plant-forward twist.

Classes are approximately 90 mins- 2 hours
Price is per person, and unfortunately, Sawyer is limited in its ability to register multiple adults for a single class. So, if you would like to register another adult for this class, you must sign them up as your child. Simply choose "ADD CHILD” and enter your guests name and a birthday. This will allow you to register another participant. Price is per person, so it will add the additional cost for the seat. Or you can have your guest(s) create an account and register themselves separately.
