With deep family roots in tea cultivation, Sophia’s ancestors have been growing tea for generations. As your tutor, Sophia will teach you the traditional techniques of Kungfu tea, using a Gaiwan, tea scoops, and precise methods to brew the perfect cup. Kungfu tea, known for its precision and artistry, is a traditional Chinese tea brewing method that emphasizes the balance between time, temperature, and technique.
