Workshop Overview
In this workshop, we'll help you finally crack the code on how to set goals and actually achieve them. We'll explore the neuroscience behind goal-setting, offer tips and tricks to set clear and actionable goals, and offer practical tools to overcome challenges along the way.
WHAT YOU'LL LEARN
By the end of this workshop, you will:
↪ Learn about the S.M.A.R.T. (and S.M.A.R.T.E.R.!) goal-setting frameworks
↪ Understand the importance of outlining targets & to-dos
↪ Practice setting one S.M.A.R.T.E.R. goals
- S.M.A.R.T. Goals (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant and Time-Bound goals)
- Enablers & Roadblocks (the E.R. in S.M.A.R.T.E.R.)
- Breaking down goals into Targets & To-Dos
↪ Exercises, including:
- S.M.A.R.T. goal crafting exercise
- S.M.A.R.T.E.R. goal-setting worksheet
↪ Peer discussions and collaboration
↪ Professional headshot taking!
