Our free courses are designed to make meditation accessible, practical, and enjoyable. Our experienced instructors, who have practiced under the guidance of Sri Chinmoy, are passionate about helping you unlock the benefits of meditation.

Dates and Times (Saturday Afternoons):

• Session 1: Feb 15, 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm
• Session 2: Feb 22, 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm

In Session 2, we’ll introduce new techniques and build on the previous session. To maintain the flow of the course and gain the most benefit, please join by the first session.
