Andre Rogers is the Founder and President of
E3Insights, delivering on-demand executive level
oversight, allowing small business owners to focus
on growing their business while E3Insights help in
other areas. Prior to starting E3Insights, he
cofounded Enlightened, Inc., a 30-million-dollar IT
consulting firm. Andre spent over 20 years serving
as Enlightened’s CFO. Andre has a strong
background in information technology with over
30 years in the IT industry concentrating in
Software Integration and Data Sharing. His
educational background includes a Bachelor’s and
Master’s in computer science. Andre holds an
active Top-Secret clearance. He serves his
community in several organizations including the Prince George’s Chamber of Commerce
and Stone of Help Community Development Corporation.
Mikella Girma is a seasoned banking professional with over 15 years of experience, currently serving as Vice President Commercial Banker at Capital Bank. In her role, Mikella is instrumental in driving the growth of the bank's Commercial and Industrial (C&I) and Commercial Real Estate portfolios. Her expertise lies in empowering businesses of all sizes to navigate the complexities of financial management with confidence and success.Prior to joining Capital Bank, Mikella spent nine years at TD Bank, where she served as Vice President and Business Development Manager. During her tenure, she demonstrated exceptional leadership in lending, risk management, and operational strategy, cementing her reputation as a trusted advisor. Her career reflects a dynamic range of experience across the banking industry, equipping her with a comprehensive understanding of the challenges and opportunities businesses face today.Mikella is also a recent graduate of the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin, where she honed her strategic and analytical skills.Beyond her professional endeavors, Mikella is a dedicated supporter of the Arsenal football club, world traveler, and an avid reader with a passion for historical fiction, politics, as well as business and financial literature.
Josh brings 10 years of experience in business development, customer service, and consultation to the Supporting Strategies Northern Virginia Team.
His consultative approach working with SMB’s, Government Contractors, and Non-profits has allowed them to improve their processes, become more efficient, and achieve growth. He prides himself on being an excellent networker, connector, and relationship builder.
Josh received a bachelor’s degree in political science from Towson University. He currently resides in Alexandria, VA with his wife Leslie and they can most likely be found on an adventures with their black lab Grant.
