Mastering Discipline: Building a Culture of Accountability and Success.

Presented in-person by Sutter County Human Resources, this training is open to Sutter County managers and supervisors.

Managers/Supervisors will learn how to set and uphold clear expectations and implement effective systems for consistency. Through interactive discussions, and practical exercises, they will discover how to help staff foster personal responsibility and accountability. The training will also explore what performance and behavior issues look like and what the progressive discipline process is in accordance with Sutter County rules and policy.
