This course is designed for existing Yoga teachers or those on a teacher training looking to deepen their understanding of the practice and delivery in teaching of more complex yoga asanas. As a teacher, there are occasions where you may need to help students move towards achieving a more complex shape but you aren’t sure where to start. In this session we will help you develop the foundational skills so you can help your students achieve these complex asanas safely and intelligently through correct alignment, breath, anatomical considerations and sequencing.
The course is undertaken over 20 hours, 16 in person with some pre-work, work during the course and post course.
Complete this course on its own or as part of the 100hr Advanced Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training (which includes the art of sequencing, the art of assists (40hrs) and mastering complex asanas for yoga teachers (20hrs)
