Mastering Blood and Gore Effects with Ben Rittenhouse
July 7 – July 11, meets daily @ 9:00 am - 4:00 pm
Please note that this camp contains graphic content and is not suitable for all ages. Students will learn to master realistic horror effects such as zombie bites and slit throats, ideal for creating chilling scenes in film and television where blood splatters realistically.
Recommended for Ages 16+
Students will create realistic horror effects like zombie bites and slit-throats. These effects are great for film and television scenes where blood oozes and gushes from victims.
You will learn:
- Building blood rigs
- Encapsulated silicone application
- Painting techniques
- Creating a reusable blood gag
You should bring:
- Chip Brushes
- Paper towels
- Any makeup you may have
- Clothes that can get dirty
- Pack a lunch! A microwave and fridge are available.
