At the end, we will also have a (speed) networking component to help you make meaningful business connections.
At this interactive workshop, you'll work alongside fellow business owners and an experienced business and leadership coach to:
1. Discover the Benefits of Strategic Planning: Learn why having a strategic approach is essential for long-term success and how it gives you a competitive edge.
2. Step into Your CEO Role: Being a business owner is more than just delivering services—it's about becoming the visionary leader of your business. We'll explore how to become the expert CEO your business needs.

4. Set Your 2025 Goals: Define your business goals for the year and focus on the most important areas that will drive growth and success.
5. Prioritize and Plan: Learn how to identify and prioritize the key actions that will move the needle toward your goals—without overwhelming yourself by trying to do everything at once. And then Create a Q1 Action Plan: Walk away with a concrete implementation plan for Q1 2025 so you know exactly what to do in the first 90 days of the year.
The event will end with a networking session, where you can connect with like-minded business owners, exchange ideas, and build valuable relationships.
This is more than just a workshop—it’s a space where you’ll learn from others and gain expert guidance through each exercise.
