This will be a well-paced, systematic workshop taught with clear guidance, functional anatomy, bio-mechanics, physics, and prop support to build a strong foundation to explore Inversion postures.

All levels welcome.

Inversions bring the many systems of the body and mind into harmonious equilibrium. They build confidence, energize, hone attention and concentration, shift perspective, strengthen upper body and core, and reverse the effects of gravity.

The workshop concludes with a Crystal Bowl SoundBath with Rebecca Machado to enhance a state of relaxation and meditation promoting a sense of balance and well-being.
