Hugues is the young, talented winemaker who gets the wine from grape to bottle at Invindia's 6 domains, and is responsible for many of your VandB favourites, such as Le Cancre, La Cousine and L'Exalté. Taste wines from the Bordeaux, St Emilion and Fronsac appellations - and have them explained to you by the man who made them.
