Backspace and Casa de Vinos X Ikawa Whisky
As a part of Whisky Abbey 2025, we are delighted to have the opportunity of hosting Natsumi Fujimaki for a whisky masterclass.
On offer for the evening there will be several excellent whiskies including;
- Ikawa Flora 2024
- Ikawa Fauna 2025
- two excellent cask samples directly from Shizuoka, Japan
We will also provide some charcuterie and cheese from Philippe next door!
Come on in, and try some exceptional products created by some exceptional producers before heading out into the night in the dead centre Melbourne's dining hub. Or stay with us and try some cocktails or some high end spirits and enjoy the evening in our company - we'll leave that choice to your discretion.
