Feel like you need some more culinary skills? Or, are you an aspiring home-chef just waiting to show off? Whatever your take, this drop in come along and cook up a storm with volunteers and staff- and then tuck into your creations! We will cater for a variety of dietary requirements (vegan and gluten free) like we always do :)
The space will be open for the usual hanging out as well. There’ll be board games around, plus the chill out room with extra sensory toys if you need some time out.
Dungeons and Dragons will be on as usual, but this time it will be facilitated by Brynn's partner Jayne as Brynn is away! There will be a prize for this Dungeons and Dragons session as well- it will be a "one shot" or standalone story session, so get ready!

-Feast Queer Youth Drop In is a regular fortnightly Drop In space for queer young people (15-25) to meet, feel comfortable and take part in activities planned by and for queer young people… on every second and fourth Thursday of the month.
-Structure: There's casual mingling until about 6.30pm, then we do circle introductions and basic space info/expectations (ok to just sit and listen in), share updates, and after that we start the night's activities for those who want to join in on those too.
-Dinner generally comes out sometime between 6-6.40pm, and there will be dessert of some kind later on. Please bring a gold coin donation if you are able.
-It's ok if you are new and a bit nervous, that's normal! Staff are there to help introduce you to the space. We have a chill out space with sensory toys if you need some time out.
-This is a drug and alcohol free space. It is also an energy-drink can free space. If you need energy-drink for health reasons, you can bring the can in in your bag and pour into a glass in the kitchen.
-This is a drop in space. There's no need to book, and you can sign out and leave when you need to. (We encourage you to plan safe transport to and from drop in. eg if using public transport, plan to walk with others).
-This event is held on the lands of the Kaurna people. We pay respect to their cultural and spiritual beliefs and acknowledge that sovereignty was never ceded.
